Urban architecture + construction will work closely with you to design and plan your project from start to finish, whether it is a multi storey office block or an extension to your home. We offer a Fixed Pricing Plan so that everyone knows how much a project is going to cost from the outset.

We work with local councils and the planning departments to take the hassle away from you. We draw up scale drawings and accurate pricing for larger projects and work closely with our building department, if required, to ensure a smooth and hassle free build. With our flexible approach Urban can work with your chosen architect, or carry out interim inspections or full supervision on your own chosen builder.

After we produce detailed drawings and specifications, we can draw up a list of contractors and have them submit tenders (including Urban's Construction Division), selecting the most suitable, based on cost and quality.
